In addition, the data may be stored by us for the prevention of fraud and abuse, for statistical and archiving purposes for a period of time.

10 years from the date of termination of the contract or the event giving rise to the need for such processing.

At the same time, for the purpose of accountability, we will keep the data for the period in which KRAKODERO s.c. is obliged to preserve the data or documents containing them for the purpose of documenting the fulfillment of legal requirements, including enabling the control of their fulfillment by public authorities.
