BOWLING TERMS OF USE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the bowling alley located in the facility PLAC NOWY 1.
  • The administrator of the object is: Krakodero Robert Mucha, Witold Bać spółka komandytowa, Plac Nowy 1, 31-056 Kraków, NIP: 679 307 63 13
  • Each person staying in the bowling alley is obliged to read and obey these regulations.
  • Entering the premises is tantamount to acceptance of the rules and regulations.
  • The bowling alley is open according to the current opening hours available at the reception desk and on the website.
  • The use of services is subject to a fee in accordance with the applicable price list.
  • The site is prohibited:
    • Bringing in dangerous objects (including glass containers),
    • animal residence,
    • Admission of persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicants,
    • Bringing in their own food and beverages.
  • Attendants have the right to refuse entry or ask out persons violating the rules or public order.
  • In justified cases, the staff has the right to check the state of sobriety of the user. Refusal to do so is tantamount to considering the person to be intoxicated.

II. RULES OF USE OF THE BOWLING ALLEY

  • Users are required to follow the instructions of the operator and the instructions for use of the equipment.
  • All defects and technical problems should be immediately reported to the staff.
  • Only one person can be on the runway at a time.
  • The use of bowling shoes provided by the facility is mandatory.
    • Allowing personal footwear requires the approval of the staff.
    • It is forbidden to play in shoes with heels and black rubber soles.
  • Before starting the game, make sure the lane is ready (bowling pins set, green light).
    • Throwing on an unprepared track will result in a penalty of PLN 200.

SAFETY RULES:

  • Food and drinks should be left on the table before entering the runway.
  • It is forbidden to enter the track.
  • The ball should be thrown in front of the foul line.
  • During the toss, other players are not allowed to stay on the runway.
  • Crossing the foul line results in loss of points and risk of falling.
  • The player on the right has priority of throwing.
  • It is forbidden to throw the ball upwards – the ball should be rolled along the track.
  • Do not throw more than one ball at a time.
  • If the ball or bowling pin is stopped, notify the staff.

ADDITIONAL RULES:

  • Adjust the number of balls according to the number of players.
  • Children under 10 can use the tracks with raised gutters (bumpers).
  • In the event of an emergency, throwing is prohibited.
  • The employee has the right to interrupt or terminate the game in case of violation of the rules (without reimbursement).

BANS ON BOWLING ALLEYS:

  • Prohibited:
  • destroying equipment,
  • tampering with electrical equipment,
  • Consumption of food and drinks on the track,
  • climbing on structural elements,
  • To leave the premises in bowling shoes,
  • indecent or offensive behavior.

III. CHILDREN AND SAFETY

  • Children under 12 years of age may only be accompanied by an adult.
  • The guardian is responsible for damages caused by the wards.
  • Groups of children must have a minimum of 1 chaperone per 15 participants.
  • People with health problems use the facility at their own risk.

Report any injuries to staff immediately.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY

  • The user is materially liable for damage in the amount of 100% of the value of the damage.
  • The facility is not responsible for items left unattended.
  • Found items can be picked up at the front desk.
  • The facility is not responsible for damage to private equipment.
  • The facility is not responsible for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the rules and regulations.

V. RESERVATIONS

  • Reservations can be made by phone, online or in person.
  • Reservations are accepted for 55 minutes and start at full hours.
  • Failure to be present 15 minutes before the reservation will result in cancellation.
  • In case of tardiness, the customer is obliged to pay for the unused time.
  • The facility is not responsible for delays due to technical failures.

VI. PAYMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

  • Payment for the service is made in accordance with the applicable price list (cash/card).
  • Complaints can be submitted:
    • in person at the reception
    • By email: placnowy1@placnowy1.pl
  • Complaints are processed within 14 days.
  • The basis for the claim is the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

VII. PERSONAL DATA AND MONITORING

  • Personal data is processed only for the purpose of processing the reservation.
  • The data controller is:

  • The facility can be covered by video surveillance to ensure security.

VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • Regulations are available at the reception desk and on the website.
  • The facility reserves the right to change the rules and regulations.
  • In matters not regulated, the PROVISIONS OF POLISH LAW shall apply.
