§ 1 General provisions
The online store operating under the address placnowy1.pl is operated by the company KRAKODERO s.c. Robert Mucha, Witold Bać, ul. Plac Nowy 1, 31-056 Kraków, NIP: 6793076313.

The store only sells digital products: event tickets and gift vouchers.
To place an order, you need a device with Internet access, a web browser and an active e-mail account.
§ 2 Placing and processing orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via placnowy1.pl.
Placing an order involves adding the product to the shopping cart, filling out the data form and paying for the order.
Prices in the store are gross prices. The buyer does not bear the cost of delivery.
Delivery is made only electronically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
The execution of the order (dispatch of the file) is carried out immediately after confirmation of payment by the operator’s system.
§ 3 Payments
Online payments in the store are made through the Przelewy24 system.
The order must be paid immediately after placing it. Failure to pay within the time specified by the operator will result in cancellation of the order.
§ 4 Withdrawal and refunds
Pursuant to Article 38(12) of the Law on Consumer Rights, if tickets are purchased for events with a fixed date or performance period, the customer has no right to withdraw from the contract (return the ticket).
In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Consumer Rights Act, in the case of the purchase of vouchers (digital content), the right of withdrawal does not apply if the performance has begun with the express consent of the Customer before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to the immediate delivery of the product and acknowledges the loss of the right of return.
§ 5 Complaints
Problems with your order (e.g., ticket email missing, file error) should be reported to: placnowy1@placnowy1.pl.
In the notification, you must provide the order number and a description of the problem.
The store will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
§ 6 Final provisions
The administrator of personal data is the Seller. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy on the website.
In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The store reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Orders placed before the change are carried out under the existing rules.
The regulations shall come into force on 02.04.2026.
